The entire series - a 7 DVD Box Set is £399.00 + VAT (site licence). A single DVD for an individual year group is £99.00 + VAT.

placing orders & payment

There are 3 easy ways to order -

  1. Call 0207 586 6198. We will take your details and post out an invoice with your order.
  2. Fill in the online order form (link below) and we will post out an invoice with your order.
  3. Print off the order form (link below) and send it along with a cheque to the address below.

delivery costs

We understand the importance of delivering your order to your address within the agreed timescales and at a fair price. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and our current prices for within the UK are shown below:

We do our best to deliver within 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 days. Please contact us at info@dayoneproductions.co.uk if you have international enquiries.

our returns policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If your goods have been damaged in transit, just phone
0207 586 6198 and we will arrange a quick replacement.

And if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 90 days and we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked. That way, you risk nothing.

cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer service department on 0207 483 0644 for assistance with your request. If your order has already been despatched we cannot refund postage costs. Day One Productions reserves the right to cancel any order due to a price error or stock availability. This is a rare occurrence, however, and if this is the case with your order you will be notified via email promptly.
